Airfield refuelling FilliD PUZ TAU+
The FilliD Air airfield refueling system is used at numerous European airfields. According to calibration requirements, aviation fuels such as AVGAS, Jet-A1, etc. are dispensed by drop or pressure refueling. The FilliD Air is often operated in conjunction with the TAU+ automatic refueling system and the PUZ 1100 universal meter, depending on the conditions at the location. In addition to a simple hose line, our low-maintenance stainless steel hose reel is also very often used.
Loading system CRM-K & SKID
The SKID loading system is often used in conjunction with the CMRK loading computer for loading tank trucks with diesel, ethanol or crude oils, for example. In custody transfer operation, the high discharge capacity of up to 7500l/min is particularly important. An operating element can be used to identify the order and quota number and to control loading. In the case of a tax-free warehouse, an approved data logger is used that records every operation for at least 10 years.
Fuel loading CMR-K & SKID
With this tanker loading system, up to 4 truck chambers per lane can be loaded simultaneously and independently of each other via 4 filling arms. The compact design is also characterised by its clarity and was delivered by us to the site completely ready for operation. This ensured that it was quickly ready for use.
Vehicle first refuelling PUZ 1010
This initial filling system of diesel and gasoline for new vehicles fully integrates into the production process. By reading the vehicle-specific barcode, the installed system automatically queries the specific filling quantity in the higher-level system and stores documentation there after successful filling.
In this way, it is possible to trace at any time which vehicle was first filled with which quantity and when.
Etylen Pipeline PIPEiD
In this pipeline measurement, several entry and exit points are measured over a pipeline length of approx. 460km via 15 balance, receipt and intermediate meters. The PipeiD records this gravimetric measurement and transfers it to the fiscally recognized database specified by the operator. As a secure continuous measurement operation with forward and backward recording, the PipeiD also includes a separate error quantity recording in order to be able to trace possible measurement discrepancies at any time.
